“SOUNDS LIKE A DOUBLE SHOT OF SOUTHERN BOURBON WITH A DASH OF DETROIT GRIT”
TOMMY STEELE BAND
ROCKIN' COUNTRY!!!
WHAT A POWERHOUSE! (The Magazine of Country Music)
With a distinctive and immediately identifiable sound, the Tommy Steele Band is a blend of influences that brings together the edgy musicianship and rocked-out passion from Garth Brooks, Eric Church, Luke Combs, early Allman Brothers Band and Lynrd Skynrd, with the raw Lyrical sense of Springsteen.
Steele, a Michigan native, has performed at three CMA Music Festivals in Nashville. He's traveled the country and shared stages with megastars LeAnn Rimes, Gretchen Wilson, Little Big Town, Big & Rich, Blackberry Smoke, Dwight Yoakam, and many more. He has hosted the national syndicated TV show The Country Fix and worked on projects directly with Kevin Costner and his band Modern West. Steele has penned songs with some of Nashville's best hitmakers and has released eight music videos, reigned in six successful radio releases that have made it on various Country, Inspirational Country, Adult Contemporary, and Rock Charts with two songs “What I Gotta Do” and “Real Americans” reaching number 1 by the EACM (Euro Academy of Country Music) and five charted singles on Nashville's Music Row Breakout Chart.
The Tommy Steele Band's Live shows are explosive, full of energy, entertaining and delivered with attitude. The Band is comprised of seasoned musicians: Rick Brainer, Bruce Mechan, and Dennis Mitchell, who have been a part of other established touring acts and like Tommy, hail from the Great Lakes State of Michigan.
If you like the sounds of Rockin Country music, you will quickly become a fan of the Tommy Steele band.
